Are you up for the challenge!? VRA's Year of VR Art is a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly completion challenge to make new art every day, week, or month of the year. Participate and post your submissions in the community discord's #YearOfVRArt channel on time to keep track of your progress and to be in the running for a completion prize and recognition* or join anytime throughout the year as a participant. Use any and all VR Art mediums, and feel free to switch between them all and incorporate 3-D post processing techniques. This is a completion challenge to keep you focused throughout the year and to keep your imagination open. Decide if you want to be a contestant or a participant in the challenge*.

⭐Contestants will make a new piece of art every day, once a week, or once a month for the year of 2020, follow the posted weekly theme** and make your art, submit in the discord channel*** with a link to your media content**** per piece using the #Daily, #Weekly, or #Monthly hashtag in your post to submit your piece for tracking. Being a contestant you will have deadlines and need to submit weekly and on time for the official weekly tally and be in the running for a completion prize.
⭐Participants can join in anytime of the year and follow the same instructions as the contestants but have the freedom to make up their own prompts and to submit on their own scheduled time with no pressure and be recognized for participating.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

◈ DAILY submissions for contestants:
• Make a new art-piece every day of the year starting January 1st following the weekly theme, upload all dailies to your preferred platform, post a link to your content** per piece in the discord channel everyday by your midnight with the #Daily tag. (or post your dailies every Saturday by your midnight [if needed] each separately with the #Daily tag) Starts Jan 1st and first submission is due January 1st or all dailies on January 4th before your midnight.

◈ WEEKLY submissions contestants:
• Make a new art-piece every week of the year starting January 1st, upload all weeklies to your preferred platform, post a link to your content** per piece in the discord channel every Saturday by your midnight with the #Weekly tag. Starts Jan 1st and first weekly submission is due on January 4th before your midnight.

◈ MONTHLY submissions contestants:
• Make a new art-piece every month of the year starting January 1st, upload all monthlies to your preferred platform, post a link to your content** per piece in the discord channel every last day of the month by your midnight with the #Monthly tag. Starts Jan 1st and first monthly submission is due on January 31st before your midnight.

◈ Participants:
• Follow the above rules for whichever challenge you choose, feel free to follow your own prompt, and deadlines do not apply.
